We currently ship to Belgium, the European Union, and selected international destinations.

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
As our products are handcrafted, processing times may occasionally vary.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carriers, customs procedures, or external factors beyond our control.

We work with reliable postal and courier services such as Bpost and/or international carriers depending on the destination.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order weight.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
6. Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with tracking when available.
Tracking details will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
8. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with applicable European consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, without having to provide any justification.
This right applies only to consumers.
2. Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must contact us via the contact form available on our website within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Once the request has been received, we will provide the return instructions, including the return address and all necessary details.
Returns sent without prior approval or notification may not be accepted.
3. Refunds Only (No Exchanges)
We do not offer product exchanges.
Returned products will be refunded only, provided they meet the conditions set out below.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In perfect original condition
- Free from signs of installation, use, wear, damage, or alteration
- Returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items upon receipt.
If the returned product shows signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse the refund, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform the customer of the approval or refusal of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days using the original payment method.
Where required by law, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.
7. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Personalised items (e.g. engravings or bespoke configurations)
in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.
