3. Products

Our products are handcrafted from genuine leather.

Due to the natural characteristics of leather and artisanal production methods, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and dimensions may occur. These variations are not considered defects but a natural feature of the material.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are not included and are displayed prior to checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price applicable to an order is the one confirmed at the time of purchase.

5. Orders

An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of fraud, payment issues, or other legitimate reasons.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the methods available on the website.

Products remain the property of Le Coffee Ride SRL until full payment has been received.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on carriers or external circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or force majeure events.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

9. Legal Warranty

Consumers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with Belgian and European law.

10. Liability

Customers are solely responsible for the correct installation and use of the products.

Before each use, customers must ensure that products are properly and securely attached.

Le Coffee Ride SRL cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, injury, or accident resulting from improper installation, misuse, negligence, modification, or failure to follow instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs, and other materials) remains the exclusive property of Le Coffee Ride SRL and may not be used without prior written permission.
